On the night of June the 8th 2024, Alexis Smith was crowned Miss Kansas 2024. She made history as the third woman of African descent to be beauty queen in eighty-two years. She also made history as the woman who had the guts to call out her abuser on a national stage. Therefore, we christen her Brave Queen Alexis Smith.

To begin with, if you have not suffered any abuse, you would not understand what it takes to speak out. Standing at five feet six inches, Brave Queen Alexis Smith spoke out for many abused women who are too afraid to say or do anything. That night would forever be in the minds of everyone who was there that night, including Smith herself.

In addition to being brave, Alexis is a registered nurse. She is a cardiac nurse. Yet she has time to do pageants and entertain people. Read on and find out her activities or better still, her contributions in the entertainment world.

Furthermore, apart from bravery, our stunning queen has other special qualities. Do you know that Ms Smith is a ventriloquist? Yup and her lines are entertaining as well as educative.

Finally, the last but definitely not the least, Brave Queen Alexis Smith is at home on the pageant stage. Last year, she won Queen Wichita Beauty Pageant. She took a huge, step closer to her dream as winner of Miss Kansas 2024.

We wish this brave, beautiful and amazing twenty-five year old, all the beautiful things life has to offer.
